Horizon Community Learning Center $30,000,000 Bonds Issued

Horizon Community Learning Center is an “A” rated charter school located at 16233 South 48^th Street which first opened in 1996.  The school has a current enrollment in excess of 1,500 students in grades K – 12.

In April, 2016, it celebrated its 20th year of serving students.  

Horizon first came to the Maricopa County IDA in 2000.  The current financing is to refund bonds issued by Pima County IDA in 2005.
