All bond issues will require separate meetings for both preliminary approval and final approval from the Authority, and a fee disclosure form must be submitted for both meetings.

*To be included on the Authority's agenda for preliminary approval, it will be necessary for you to submit your fully-completed application with all exhibits, a fee disclosure statement, signed and notarized affidavits of both the applicant and the underwriter/placement agent, and the required application fee. In order to be on the Authority's agenda to receive final approval, an applicant must submit, by the deadline date, a revised fee disclosure statement and all of the financing documents in substantially final form.
