The following is a schedule of all Regular Meetings of the Authority to be held for the calendar year 2012. All meetings will be held at 9:00 a.m. in the Maricopa County Board of Supervisors' Conference Room, County Administration Office, 301 West Jefferson, 10th Floor, Phoenix, Arizona, with the exception of the November 13, 2012 meeting, which will be held in the Maricopa County Board of Supervisors' Auditorium, 205 West Jefferson, Phoenix, Arizona

All bond issues will require separate meetings for both preliminary approval and final approval from the Authority, and a fee disclosure form must be submitted for both meetings.

*To be included on the Authority's agenda for preliminary approval, it will be necessary for you to submit your fully-completed application with all exhibits, a fee disclosure statement, signed and notarized affidavits of both the applicant and the underwriter/placement agent, and the required application fee. In order to be on the Authority's agenda to receive final approval, an applicant must submit, by the deadline date, a revised fee disclosure statement and all of the financing documents in substantially final form.
