The Authority's Procedural Pamphlet sets forth the terms and conditions under which the Authority will consider applications for the issuance of revenue bonds. Applications must be submitted in writing in conformity with the requirements of the Authority's Procedural Pamphlet.

 

Prior to considering an application for both preliminary approval and final approval the Authority requires that each applicant submit a fee disclosure statement. Further, in connection with all closings, each of the participants in the financing are required to sign a separate fee disclosure statement.

 

All financing documents must be prepared in conformity with the Authority's Document Standards; which, in essence, serve as the Authority's initial comments on all financing documents.
