Merwin D.Grant

Merwin D. Grant was born and raised in Arizona.  He received his J.D. degree in 1971 from Duke University School of Law and his undergraduate degree from Brigham Young University in 1968.  In 1971 he was admitted into the State Bar of Arizona, the U.S. Supreme Court, the U.S. Tax Court, and the U.S. Court of Appeals, Fifth, Seventh, Eighth, Ninth, and Tenth Courts.

 

Mr. Grant practices law at Grant & Vaughn, P.C. where he practices commercial litigation, securities litigation, mergers and acquisitions, international corporate law, corporate, personal injury, professional malpractice, and general practice.
