All meetings will be held at 9:00 a.m. in the Maricopa County Board of Supervisors’ Auditorium, 205 West Jefferson, Phoenix, Arizona.

 

To be included on the Board of Supervisors' agenda, it is necessary to have a request approved by 12:00 noon on the Monday two weeks prior to the scheduled meeting.

 

1. the public notice hearing (also referred to as the TEFRA hearing),
2. notified the Arizona Attorney General of the potential project, and
3. submitted to the Authority all financing documents, in substantially final form.
